We are often asked whether its possible to book someone on as an Observer and then upgrade them on the day.
This is possible – but only when there are spare swimmer spaces available onboard on the day of your tour. Our License restricts us to operating 20 swimmers per tour, so if we are fully booked (which is the majority of our tours) then its unfortunately not legally possible to upgrade an Observer to become a swimmer.
