This is an excellent company and I could not recommend them highly enough. After a major error by our travel agent, Matt managed to fit us in to the one day we had free to do the swim. Really glad he did as it was an amazing day! Every member of the crew went out of their way to make sure we had a great day including guests who couldn’t swim and stayed on board. They are a great bunch of people and clearly love their job – their enthusiasm was contagious.

Equipment including snorkels and wetsuits was all well maintained and easy to use. There was a big focus on safety and abiding by all the regulations for the humpback whale swim to make sure everyone, including the whales, had a good day. We had a swim in the reef first to test our equipment. Then, a delicious morning tea before jumping in with the whales! The spotter plane located suitable whales (no mothers and calves ect) and directed us where to dive. Then we jumped in! We had great visibility so could actually see the whales under water.

Swimming so close to a humpback will be something I’ll never forget. We also saw lots of whales breaching and fin slapping as well as some amazing fish on the reef. It was also great not to worry about taking photos and let Scott do all the work– we took home a great CD of photos for very little charge. Thank you for such a wonderful day!

Things didn’t look good at first. The spotters couldn’t find any whalesharks. Suddenly huge excitement – there was a humpback pod that looked suitable. We managed to swim with a humpback. Not easy to be honest. You have to stand at the back of the boat and leap in almost as soon as they say go. Whilst waiting we saw a whale breach not once but twice in front of us. That was good enough. Being in the water with one was even better. We weren’t that close but you could see the whale and know it was there. The next group had even better luck – the whale dived and swam right under them! Lucky things.

Then we were invited buy another boat to share the whaleshark they were swimming with and got 2 opportunities to swim with a whaleshark. Amazing.

The staff on board were wonderful. My mother decided that she didn’t want to go in because she would hold people up. They persuaded her that she should go in and she was very happy that she did. Having only thought she should do the test dive she in fact swam with both the whale and the shark and loved every minute of it. I would happily do this day again and again.

me and my dad had an amazing day out, the staff were the funniest and freindliest i have ever seen.we were guarenteed to see whales and that we did. they made sure everyone got to swim with them. i would recomend this to everyone.

I can not even begin to describe how incredibly amazing this experience was. My partner and I booked the Whale Shark tour with the Ningaloo Whale Shark swim team. Not only did we get to swim with the Whale Shark up to 4 times, we also got to experience swimming with a pod of 3 humpback whales and a manta ray! The team were absolutely fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable, full of energy and really passionate about making sure each and every person on tour was comfortable and having the time of their life!
