Haven’t dived for a while or done many dives yet? Your holiday on the Ningaloo Reef provides you with such a great opportunity to both refresh your skills and experience the wonders of the World Heritage listed Reef for yourself, up close and personal!

If you haven’t dived in the last 12 months, and have done less than 20 logged dives, most dive shops will require you to do a Refresher Dive before you can go on a dive trip with them.

Doing your Refresher with us whilst in Exmouth means you can go diving again when you want to.

Our Refresher dive involves you reviewing all the necessary skills and knowledge to dive well and safely with one of our experienced, helpful (and fun!) dive instructors. AND provides you with awesome diving on the Ningaloo Reef whilst you do it!

How do I book?

You can add a SCUBA dive (if you have done a dive course), a Try SCUBA dive (if you haven’t), or a Refresher Dive (if you have but a fair while ago) as an Extra when you book your whale shark online or over the phone. You can book your dive(s) in two ways:

1. book it as an Extra as part of your online tour booking OR
2. if interested but not certain in doing a dive, you can organise it with our dive instructors after you board our boat for your tour.

Dive cancellations

Please note that even if you have booked a dive, it may not proceed because of weather conditions, time constraints or other reasons. This decision is entirely at discretion of the Skipper and crew. If we cancel your dive, you will receive a full refund for any money you paid for your dive before this happened.

If you choose to cancel your dive,

1. if you decide not to go ahead with your dive (for whatever reason) and cancel before we start gearing you up, briefing you etc, we will refund you in full for your dive.
2. we will refund you 50% of the agreed price for your dive if you cancel
   • whilst being geared up and briefed
   • but before you enter the water
3. no refund is payable if you cancel your dive after you have entered the water to go diving.

Important: Courses are conducted during our tours inside the lagoon, after the whale shark swim. These dives have a maximum depth of 6m and duration of 30 minutes. All dives are confirmed on the day of the tour, weather pending.
